GodLee Entertainment, Inc. was established in March of 2002 by Lynnie Godfrey and Carl E. Lee. Ms. Godfrey serves as CEO (Chief Executive Officer) and President. Mr. Carl E. Lee serves as CFO (Chief Finance Officer.)
We serve as representative, advisors or management to our clients….each case being individually assessed for their needs.
OUR MISSION
THE ESSENCE OF CREATIVITY
This entity was established to provide a place for untapped talent to be developed. The operating elements of this organization include the producing of CDs, DVDs, plays, books, musical and dramatic performances and staged readings while it houses its own acting troupe. It is the goal of this organization to provide a safe haven for the artist to experience the element of both success and failure while achieving growth in their artistic experience. Most recently, GodLee Entertainment is the producer of the podcast:
LYNNIE GODFREY, STRAIGHT NO CHASER. It was launched in March of 2021 and airs on blogtalkradio.com/sfth2 every Wednesday at 7 PM EST.

Mission Statement:
Essence of Acting Inc. is a 501c non-profit cooperation with tax deductible status.
Essence of Acing is a network of acting professionals who rehearse as a collective to produce theatre that elevates the consciousness of those who experience our work. ESSENCE OF ACTING produces plays, scenes and monologues that may not otherwise be accessible to actors of color working in mainstream theatre. As a collective we have created a safe space that allows all members the ability to work and play without fear of judgement while implementing a serious sense of responsibility and commitment to our craft. Our “Iron Sharpens An Iron” approach emphasizes the goal of each member achieving the refinement of their craft each time we meet and/or perform.
Membership has two Tiers CORE and CORE Guest Artist . Non membership Level: Guest Artist Level.
